Scenario:

You're a language enthusiast participating in a timed word search challenge at a local library's game night. The goal is to uncover hidden words in a letter grid to showcase your vocabulary skills and earn a spot in the storytelling round.

Task:

Find at least five words (three or more letters) in a 12x12 grid within 1.5 minutes. Words can be horizontal, vertical, or diagonal.

How to Play:

Click "New Game" to start (3, 2, 1, GO countdown).

Drag to select letters in a straight line; release to submit.

Valid words (3+ letters, not previously found) appear in "Found Words," with cells turning green.

Use "Clear Selection" to reset your selection.

Remove found words via red crosses in the "Found Words" section during the game.

Outcome:

5+ words: Timer shows "Time Up!" with "Now it's time to turn these words into a story featuring you!" Crosses disappear.

<5 words: Timer shows "Game Over" with "You lost because you found less than 5 words." Grid locks, crosses vanish.
